JO and I had lunch today and we talked a little about this film, which I think was highly underrated. It’s a movie set in the perfect era (1983), with perfect 90’s casting (Winona Ryder, Brad Renfro, Chris Isaak, Billy Bob Thornton), there are wigs, the characters smoke incessantly, a nice touch of green screen, as well as the usual Bret Easton Ellis elements of drugs and death. It’s deliciously campy!
